| Mediate Your Concern |
The Funeral Ethics Association provides a mediation service – at no cost to the parties in dispute.
It is almost always best to first take an issue to the funeral director or client. Most matters can be resolved at that level. If the situation requires a third party, the Funeral Ethics Association will cooperate in finding resolutions where the parties feel the need for outside, unbiased observers.
